Located in the heart of South Etobicoke, the branding for 36 Zorra was designed with Gladstone Media to capture the energy of a neighbourhood on the rise. The visual identity centres on a high-contrast bold yellow palette, paired with a dynamic mix of sophisticated serifs and fluid script fonts. This “Get your Colour On” approach creates a young, fresh aesthetic that feels both energetic and refined, perfectly mirroring the lifestyle of this modern condo development.
