A condominium brand rooted in authentic urban living, built to reflect the energy of one of Toronto’s most exciting up-and-coming neighbourhoods. Polaroid-style photography brings a genuine, lived-in feel, while a custom neon sign nods to the hip bars and restaurants defining the area. The rollout spanned stamps, hoarding, iconography, element design, brochures, stationery and web design.
